My practice
My lifetime of challenges and opportunities, along with continuous learning and training, enables me to offer effective Soul Services, to you, from my heart. Originally from the States, I have also lived as an immigrant in Canada and spent 4 years living in the Arctic, which has changed me in ways I never could have anticipated. I am more connected to nature. I stand before you humbled by my experience living among Inuit. Let's meet up to speak to your soul and let it speak to us through Introspective Hypnosis, Reiki, Soul Coaching, Astrology and Tarot!

My focus is to facilitate sessions that assist souls to align and integrate. I achieve this by providing various Soul Services to assist you on your journey. Like the iceberg, we often have a lot going on under the surface. I will do my best to get you started or help you to continue on your path. There is only one you, so let's get you to your best version!

I endeavour to provide a safe space informed by my lived experience as a human on my own journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, help facilitate understanding of your pain, and empower you to transmute. I am the facilitator; you are your own solution.
